Suggest Treatment For Upper Right Abdominal Pain

I have constant pain on my right side inside the ribcage and across the top of my abdomen. The morning time when I awaken the pain is more severe,I m hungover and my head is buzzy.I feel lethargic and lacking energy. I have had ultrasonnd, CT and MRI scans, all have been clear. Could I suffer from constriction in my bile duct that might be missed by the scans? TIA.

Hello,

The symptoms can be related to many medical conditions. I suggest to check the liver enzymes and bilirubin level in the blood for further evaluation. Another possible cause that can cause pain is the presence of gas in the intestine. Meanwhile, I suggest using a spasmolytic such as Buscopan 10 mg three times a day.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
