Suggest Treatment For Urethral Stricture

Hi Sir, This S N Patro age of 46yr is suffering Urethera Stricture since last six months which was diagonised . As I am little afraid to go any surgical type treatment need your advice how can it will be cured otherway of treatment. My problems are like urinary flow average speed 3 to 8 . please advice .

@ In the condition of not willing for surgery , you have to
$ Consume plenty of liquids to maintain hydration
$ Avoid any type of urinary infection
$ Keep genitals clean , dry
$ If possible and can do self intermittent catheterisation daily once as
per guidance of expert urosurgeon is best support to delay surgery
$ Control BP , blood sugar , weight under control
$ In case of any stoppage in urine , immediately rush to urosurgeon
