Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence

I am 23 and I am finding it hard to hold my urination. I have leakage issues and Some times i wake up 3 to 4 times even during nights and have some embarrassing moments of bedwetting. I ve consulted a gynecologist and urologist and took medication but it is short lived. What should I do to be free of my problem.

Hi,

Few tests can help in accurate treatment like per urine volume and cystoscopy if required, do you have any other problems also or taking any medication and your BMI? There are many treatments options like pelvic floor physiotherapy, exercises or drugs also available for treatment ultimately immediately relief only by surgery. TVTO IS widely used otherwise your history suggest urge urinary incontinence for it mostly changes in diet, pelvic floor exercise, medication or new procedures by urologist can be done.

MRI of brain, USG of urinary tract can be helpful in accurate diagnosis what is your age? Anti-cholinergic drugs or pharmacological treatments should work. Learn pelvic yogasanas and sky breathing exercises are too helpful. Kegel exercises or vaginal cone or electric stimulation and behavior therapy, vitamin D and avoid spicy and prevent dehydration, avoid caffeine, beverages, these all varies from patients to patients.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
