Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence

Hi. For the last few days i have had a constantly wet penis due to urine. No matter how many times i dry myself, within a few minutes another poil of urine has collecyed in my foreskin. I don t feel like i am peeing though. It just seems to keep leaking out

* As per my clinical experience, the issue of incontinence sounds to be overflow incontinence most likely.

* There are various causes possible for this type of incontinence as

- urinary infection
- severe cystitis
- severe phimosis and tight foreskin
- gross prostate enlargement
- calculus in the navicular fossa or prostate urethra

* The treatment depends upon the underlying cause if any of the investigations are available with you , kindly share with me immediately for further guidelines.
