General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you seem to be suffering a condition called stress incontinence. It seems to have developed due to weakening of muscles and other tissues that support the urethra (pelvic floor muscles) and the muscles that control the release of urine (urinary sphincter) apparently due to child births.

You are advised to consult a urologist for further evaluation and its appropriate treatment including behavioral therapy and use of certain medications like oxybutynin or tolterodine.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
