There are actually different types eg urge incontinence or stress incontinence, functional incontinence, mixed Treatment is keyed towards the type of incontinence that is present.
Eg for urge incontinence treatment is mainly a change in diet, exercise to help strengthen pelvic muscles, behavioral techniques
You should consider visiting a urologist who would be able to assess you properly, determine the type and initiate treatment.
I hope this helps
