Suggest Treatment For Urinary Infection And Frequent Urination

Sir, My father is 85 years old. His prostate is 45 gm, Doctor said Rest check up are ok kidney, liver, BP, Blood report, urine infection are normal he goes to pass urine every ten to 15 minutes. Now He is taking alfoo 10 mg since last week. My question is how safe to do surgery in this age ? or shall he continue that medicine ? each day is difficult for him.

I really appreciate your concern, as long as the prostrate gland is concern its volume is not matter that much but the clinical symptoms would be more important one and this need to be managed accordingly, if this is increase the frequency of urine then it could be due to prostrate and care need to be taken for this, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
