Suggest Treatment For Urinary Retention In A Child

My 4 year old daughter wont urinate all day she ends up going toward the evening when she can not hold it anymore she says she fell out of a chair at the table saturday and on sunday this started it does not seem to hurt when she urinates but she just can t seem tosit on the toilet!
