General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that you might be having chronic urticaria producing itching.
There can be internal or external allergen might causing this problem.
By trial and error you have to find out the allergen producing urticaria.
Among these allergens are,
Internal allergen like some diseases like diabetes, thyroid.
Worm infestations.
External causes like synthetic clothes, powder, lotions, soap shampoos, duo spray certain food or vegetables etc.
Try to find out the cause and avoid.
Meanwhile continue with Cetrizine or Levo-cetrizine as needed.
Ok and take care.
