Suggest Treatment For Uterine Fibroid And Ovarian Cyst

I have suffer from ovarian cyst for over 15 yrs. Since April 2014 I had a CT scan and was told I had uterine fibroid measure 4cm. I had a follow up ultrasound and was told it wasn t uterine fibroid that I had ovarian cyst measuring 2.4 x2.2x1.6 cm anechoic cystic lesion exophyti from the left ovary or paraovarian. Nonspecific free fluid see within the cul de sac and adjacent to the right adnexa. On August I had another ultrasound Impression slight increase in the left exophytic ovarian versus paraovarian cystic structure with septation now measuring 3.1x 2.2x 2.3 cm no definite solid component is noted complex cyst is also identified in the left ovary measuring 2.2 x1.7x1.7 cm the uterus is heterogeneous and retroflexed with increased vascularity however no solid mass lesion is identified. I m confused I don t feel the doctor took the time to explain. I have extreme back pelvic and leg pain. I m tired of taking pain killers. Please explain to me my conditions I will greatly appreciate.
