Suggest Treatment For Uterine Fibroid

hi, I have a lot of problems with my periods, a uterine fibroid, and some sort of "bad cells" on my cervix. I recently noticed more pain than usual in the area where my ovaries would be and noticed that on the left side there are 2 lumps about the size of a pea. Is this something I should see a doctor aboit? I'm very worried.
