Suggest Treatment For Uterine Myoma

year 2008 my obstetrician & gynaecologist
advice me to go on transvaginal ultrasound because i have always an infection and the impression is..normal sized retroverted uterus w nabothian cyst endometrium consistent w proliferative phase adenomyosis,posterior intramural myoma. doc do i need to undergo on surgery or removing my myoma?i am 45 yrs old 5"2 and 67kg.w a history of diebetics
