Suggest Treatment For Uterine Polyp
I was diagnosed with a 4mm uterine polyp and my Dr. is recommending the removal of the polyp looking through a camera and then performing a
D & C and then looking again with a camera to make sure the polyp has been removed. I am 50 yrs old, 145lbs, 5'7" and have had irregular periods and heaving bleeding with clots on and off for the past 5 years. This will be my second D & C, the first was because of heaving bleeding that would not stop 5 years ago. I have had fibroids in the past. Does this polyp have to be removed and is there any other way then going under general anesthia?
