Suggest Treatment For Uterine Polyps

In early 2009 I had a hysteroscopy and had a D& C and was diagnosed with polyps and a growth (non-cancerous) I have been fine since then (fairly normal periods) The last 2 periods (after missing 3) have started light and then get very heavy (over 5 days of heavy) My doc put me on the pill (pills every day) I've had an ultrasound and have started taking my mefenamic acid again... but it won't stop, lots of clots, etc....
