Suggest Treatment For Uterine Polyps

I have been diagnosed with polyps in my uterus...two years ago..haven't been able to do anything about them as of yet because of money..have insurance, but deductible is very high and haven't met it yet..my question is with waiting to have something done about it can they grow or multiply?
