Suggest Treatment For Uterine Swelling After Child Birth

After childbirth 8 month ago i have been left with a swollen womb. there are no visible differences to the vaginal area outside but inside my urethra is now in my vagina. i have taken eostrogen tablets for 6 weeks to try put some eostrogen in to sort it out and i am currently taking doxycycline capsules. nothing seems to take the swelling down. please help!!
