Suggest Treatment For Uterus Didelphys

My daughter has uterus didelphys. She is 33 and was only diagnosed within the past three to four years. Each month she suffers extreme pain, sometimes vomiting during the first day or two. She does not want to take the newest homone pill. She does not want surgery because she is afraid of scar tissue. Could surgery relieve her symptoms?
