Suggest Treatment For Uterus Fibroid Tumor

5'1", 65kg,...she is suffering from daibetics since last 6 yrs. she is taking insulin since 8 months back. she is suffering from thyroid .thyroid is 200 mg now..she is suffering from uterus fibroid tumour since last 5 yrs on outside wall of uterus approx size 6'6"......please help and reply soon......thanking u
