Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding After An Abortion And Cyst In Ovary

Hello, my name is kayla I am 20 and I have a concern that I need some information on. I had a surgical suction abortion at the being of September, it is now Jan 1st and I am still having old blood discharge almost every day. To give you a little more imformation, the abortion went pretty good or as far as I could tell everything seemed fine. A couple days after the abortion a started bleeding way more then normal. I went through a pad and all over my pants in less then an hour. I immediately went to the emergency room. They did a few checks and said I was fine, and all they saw was that I had a small cyst on my ovary. It concerned me that they didn t have much information about why I had been bleeding so much but they didn t tell me anything other then I m still healing. So I went home and the bleeding stopped. Everything was fine for about a month then I started having really dark, almost black old blood, it wasn t a ton but some here and there for a week. It started this around the beginning of Oct and it hasn t stopped. Now it s just brown discharge or old blood. Sometimes it ll be really dark and sometimes a little bit of new fresh blood will be missed in there too but not often. It doesn t have any bad odors or cramping but it has been doing this for months and is starting to concern me quite a bit. Please help! Thank you
