Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy

I am 7 weeks pregnant so i thought... I Went to the emergency room yesterday due to bleeding. they gave me several blood tests and also an ultrasound, They confirmed i was still pregnant but i was only 5 weeks along. They diagnosed me with "Threatened Miscarriage"

they told me to go back in 48 hours to recieve another blood test to determine my hormone level. They want it to double. I am very confused about all this. IM still bleeding and im wondering what i am suppose to do?
