Hello, I had tlh (have my ovaries) 5 weeks ago. No bleeding or spotting since discharged from hospital until today. I picked up heavy grocery bags yeaterday and doing more activity and now I m spotting and bleeding lightly. I am wearing a liner now. Is this normal?
