Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding While On Copper IUD

hi,I am 20 years old .I just had a baby.I am 5'5 and weigh 165 pounds. After i had my baby i was put on the needle(Depo Provera ) I basically bled the whole time i was on that ,then my gynecologist recommended the cooper iud(nova t). I had that put in may 2nd and i have not stopped bleeding as well.I dont know what to do,its really starting to annoy me.Im just wondering if this method is not right for me.
