I have severe clotted bleeding which lasts about 5 minutes and has been happening twice a day for the last 4 days. I have severe abdominal pain which comes and goes but this morning lasted for 3 hours. I am using a monophasic birth control pill, Cilest, due to Fibroids. I am not having sex
