Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding With Clots

Hi I had an abortion three weeks back I bled for three days and it stopped. A few days ago I suffered from constipation and took laxative it was very painful and I finally managed to pass the stool but its like something popped in my stomach and I started bleeding as well its been three days and I'm still bleeding with clots.
