Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding With Grey Discharge

I had sex for the first time two weeks ago and today I had really bad cramps and lower back pain and then I started bleeding but my period isn't for another two weeks and I've never spotted before. There was also a grey thing with the bleeding. About an hour after the grey thing came out everything stopped hurting. What could it be?
