Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding

Good evening .. I am experiencing lower abdominal cramping and some vaginal bleeding , My menstrual cycle is not due for another 11 days . I bleed only when I urinate and blood is on the tissue paper it is a bright red . if I am sitting down I feel pressure if I lay down it goes away.?
