Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Discharge Along With Lump While Suffering From Strep B Infection

Hi, I'm a 25 year old female. I weigh 43kg. Otherwise healthy but recently had what seemed to be a urine infection (burning after urination and blood in urine). Also I've been having heavy vaginal discharge during sex for a while now. Urine tests came back clear so had an STD test which also came back clear. The results on the vaginal swab came back with Strep B overgrowth and I was referred to a gyno but I can't afford it. A few days ago, I noticed this lump on the left side of my vaginal wall. It feels like a bruise. So basically I would like to know if there's anything I can do about the Strep B overgrowth and if it's causeing this lump and all the discharge. Thanks.
