Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Pain

hey Doctor im 24 years old,i have been having these pains in my Cord and lower abdominal since january and i went to the doctor and he gave me Penicillin injection for 3 weeks with Metronidazole and Doxycline, since then been in and out of clinic and pharmacy, i have used Even viginal creams but the pains are still there i now live on painkillers which sometimes never help,i went to a public clinic requesting a Pap smear but they refuse saying they dont see a need for it,my discharge changes on a daily basis sometimes clear sometimes yellow,My boyfriend was treated for STI and we dont use protection. What may be the Course and what do i need to do or am i suffering from some kind of disease? please help
