Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Discharge And Bumps On Labia

hey i have not had sex before but i do sometimes drink off my friends. and i have noticed that i have bloody vaginal discharge that occurs off and on. and a few little bumps on my labia. also i had a full check for STD's and the doctor had no bad news. what could this be im really scared. oh one more thing there is not an bad odor which is why im confused.
