Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Discharge And Foul Smell From Vagina

i just got off my period today,tommorrow is my 4th anaversary and we are going on a trip,but i discoverd today the very akward smell i still have small amounts of discharge coming out but not blood i dont know what to do about the smell,beacsue it's our 4th and i know things will be going on..this hasnt happend before..please help
