Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Discharge And Foul Smelling Urine

Hi, my urine seems to be very dark in colour and has a very strong like burning smell, Im not suffering from itchness or redness or burning but I find my white discharge which is almost chalky looking is smelly too, I dont know if its because I am super fussy and wash myself internally with soap and am maybe washing the good bacteria away,sometimes I can notice it more after sex, can seimen have something to do with it maybe also. My doctor has previosly perscribed me flagasal or flagynal tablets (I thinks that the name of it) and after taking them for a few days the symptoms seem to dissapear, I have had urine test and they come back all normal but am really not liking the smell as am a super clean freak so your feedback would be appreciated
