Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Discharge And Inter Menstrual Bleeding

I think I might have some kind of infection. I have had symptoms of a UTI a lot in the past 3 months, but when I went to get it checked, there was no bacteria in the urine. I also have more discharge than normal, but it doesn't smell and it isn't cottage cheese-y, and I've been having some bleeding between periods. Do you know what it could be?
