Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Discharge And Irregular Periods

Hi there. I am 26 years old and have been diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis. I have had an op for the endometriosis about 5 years ago and it seems to have gone. The PCOS I was only diognosed with 1 hear as I was getting irregular bleeding. I was put on metformin and HRT which seemed to help....sometimes. Then it seemed to get worse. After upping my dose of HRT-still nothing. I have now been bleeding-only lightly, for 5 weeks+ and before that 3+ with a small 6 day break between. My-what I can only pressume to be ovaries feel sore a lot too. I am scared that I might become infertile as I would like children one day. I also get a strange discharge which is thick and gloopy-almost vein/skin like but all my STI and smeer tests came back negative? I feel tired a lot and sick sometimes.
