Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Discharge And Itching In Vaginal Area

sometimes when my boyfriend comes in me it stings, the next day sometimes i notice redness, itchiness and painfulness around the vagina. I also have a lot of very thick white/yellow discharge. Sex is sometimes painful and i can sometimes bleed a tiny bit afterwards. Any help?
