Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Discharge And Itching On Labia

I am a diabetic, type two with fibrositc tumors in the uterus. I have had a real problem for a couple of months with a yellow-greenish discharge from the vagina and now the development of itchy scalling on the right side of my labia..kind of like a white flakey skin that flakes off and leaves a more raw type of skin underneath. My vagina is now starting to have a slightly unpleasant odor. I am not sexually active and have not been for over 20 years almost. I am 62.
