Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Discharge And Post Coital Bleeding

Hey,

I am a 20 year old woman that once suffered from a yeast infection when I was
18. I got completely healed but it seem to have made its way back. This time
around its a little more serious because im now sexually active. I am producing
a white substance thats not smelly but very uncomfortable, I have been noticing
traces of blood after urinating and after sex and now im noticing some form of
growth in my vagina. I am losing my mind but I cant really afford to see a
gynaecologist. please help me out.
