Presence of gram negative bacilli indicates issue of E.coli infestation or others. Guidelines for better recovery:

- Urinary alkaliser as potassium citrate
- Citrate containing fruits
- Chewable vitamin C tablets
- Prescription of antibiotics such as Fluoroquinolones, Nitrofurantion or others as per the susceptibility report of culture study
- Fosfomycin sachet in selected cases
- Keep best care of vaginal hygiene
- Vaginal douching with sitz bath of epsom salt and betadine solution
