Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Discharge With Itching

okay there is brownish stuff coming out my vagina in my panties. i've had unprotected sex before and sometimes it itches and leaves red marks, i don't have any bumps or white stuff coming out and it doesn't hurt when i pee. and my pee is clear but i don't know what this is, please HELP!
