Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Discharge

Hi, i've had well.. ohm... fluid coming out of my vagina since as long as i can remember (im 25 now). It's gooey and yellow and it comes out all the time everyday, especially if i'm out somewhere and i don't get to the bathroom for a while it piles up in my underwear and i hate it. It makes me feel like i'm gross but i can't control it. :( It doesn't smell or anything it's just yellow.
