Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Discharge

I went in for a pap smear, the Nurse said I had a lot of wbc, was irritated and inflammed. My cultures came back normal, I tested negative for gonorrhea and chlamydia but i still have a slight discharge daily. Is this normal and is there any way to reduce it??
