Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Dryness And Blood In Urine

I'm 51 years old diagnosed with sarcoidosis of the stomachin 2008. I'm on prednisone therapy and taking 7/6 mg a day which will be tapered down to 6 mg after two weeks. After I started taking prednisone two years ago I started to suffer from uti. Doctors will prescribed anti-biotics and I will feel better for weeks and then the uti will return. It will be on and off for two years. I felt that I have to find out why this is happening and so I saw a doctor who diagnosed me with vaginal dryness which she said have the same symptoms as uti. It makes sense because my menstrual cycle stopped when I started taking prednisone. But she also said that the urinalysis showed a small amount of blood in my urine. Is the blood associated with vaginal dryness? And, what is the best treatment aside from estrogen replacement therapy?
