Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Dryness During Intercourse

I am noticing that I tend to get dry easily during sex. I only have a period every 4-6 months. When I do I have extreme pain and heavy bleeding. I have had 2 children. Suffered eclampsia with first one and preeclampsia with the second. I have had ovarian cysts in the past. Are these alarming symptoms? Especially at my age, 24? I cannot afford to pay for an answer. If there is some thing I should be aware of please email me at YYYY@YYYY thank you.

Having periods once in 4 to 6 months is alarming at this age .
You definitely need evaluation by a gynecologist. It could be hormonal and can be corrected .Once corrected your dryness problem Will get solved.
