Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Dryness
My wife doesn't get wet during love making at all. She went for hormonal test to find out that her prolactin was very high which causes her to produce breast milk even when she's not pregnant.
She was placed on drugs that finally reduced her prolactin level even after that, she still doesn't get wet. what could be the cause and how do we handle it???

It seems that she might be having some low estrogen level which leads to dry vagina with less secretion.
She can apply estrogen cream into vagina after consulting her Gynaec.
Also observe that she might not be having any infection on local part.
Go for some foreplay like kissing, pushing, fantasy,this will get her sexually excited and there will be secretion in vagina.
