Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Enterobacter Cloacae

enterobacter cloacae has been found in my vaginal culture. The doctor recommended no treatment as there are no clinical symthoms, though colonisation is a possibility. Articles I read on the internet made me rather scared. Could you please advise. Thank You, Silvia Bujdoso
