General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear'
Understand your concern
Curd milk like discharge mainly occur in yeast infection but it may be mixed infection like chlamydia, bacterial vaginaosis.
Exact diagnosis should be made by vaginal swab test and urine testing.
Meanwhile you can take following advice:
Take single dose treatment of Azithromycine + clidamycin+ flucanozole.
Apply vaginal suppository of clotrimazole and clindmycin.
Lactobaciluus orally or vaginally
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using Vaginal V plus wash
Wash vagina with warm salted water two-three times per day and apply apple cidar vinegar.
Always take complete course of medicine to prevent re infection.
Wear pure cotton loose inner wear.
Avoid excessive sweets and yogurts.
Also go for blood sugar testing to exclude diabetes.

So consult the gynecologist and get proper prescribed drug.
Hope this may help you
