Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Infection

Plz.i want to.ask.you somthing . I had infection in my vagina.after i took medication was (gyno candizol ) i use it 3 times... the last time.i has.bleeding with different color not like normal period its very early for my period ? Is that a big problem ??
