Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Infection

hi im a young women, early 20s, sexually active, and looking for some advice. im a healthy weight and had this problem before being sexually active but has gotten worse in the last 2 years. the left outer lips of my vagina was a little bumpy from my teenage years and for the last 2 years or so it has started to look like small pimples and gives out dry white smelly pus every few days. there is also a skin tag there. I dont think it is a STD as i had these bumps before having sex so what could it be and how can i get rid of it?
