Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have read your query and it looks like you have severe vaginal infection. Visit a gynaecologist and get examined evaluated. White discharge is due to bacterial or yeast infection. However, it can be due to Chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, PID, etc. Take care of your hygiene & avoid douches. You need to take STD tests along with your sexual partner. Treatment will depend upon your reports, avoid sex. Stay away from addictions.

Hope I have answered your query.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
