Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Infection

i have been expecting to be pregnant for the past one month but its not coming right now i feel as it i want to menstruate, my medical hsitory is i have been having itching and whitish discharge from my vegina, undergoing medical lab test proves minor infection of which drug are given to me. am female 28 how can this issue be solved
