Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Irritation And Bump Near Anus

Hi I have a small bump in a fold of skin just north of my anus. I think it may have been caused by my use of sanitary towels the last couple of days and tampons, as my vagina seems overall irritable and sore. I can squish down the bump but It still hurts.
